Shocking service, workmanship and materials.

Security Experts are the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. Their installations and after sales service are diabolical. They installed a new gate and electric fence at my ex-wife's house in May and almost immediately there were problems with the installation as the gate would not open when the power was off. Someone replaced the backup battery shortly afterwards but the gate still only opened a couple of times with the power off. Then the charger for the electric fence blew and so another call was needed. Someone came to take it away and returned a few days later with a new charger. Shortly after that the roller gate fell off the motor completely and now the gate was completely useless and at this point the trouble really started. Despite daily calls, a visit from Chris who had the cheek to charge a callout fee, and many broken promises, it took over 5 weeks to get someone to actually come and fix the gate so that it worked and in the meantime the transformer for the fence charger blew. For just one week both the fence and the gate were working..until today when it appears that the fence is tripping the power again and the gate won't open. I despair. :(
