<p>Absolutely unprofessional. My Shadenet is not installed after 2 weeks. They make appointments but don't pitch. When they quote they show you fancy booking apps etc but useless when delivery is required. Consultants don't know how to measure properly and are not present when the workers come resulting in all sorts of disagreement and confusion. Office dont know what their staff do and no proper communication amongst all 3 parties involves....sales, office and workers. Really a bad company. Don't ever go to them for carports/shadenets. </p>
