Phoned for quote- salesman arrived 3 days later. Was informed by Stuart the salesman that if we pay 65% upfront we will receive a 10% discount which he confirmed with a superior. Stuart measured the fence as 36m. He did not process the order on Tuesday & after phoning several times they finally arrived 11.30am on following Monday and only finished Thursday. The fence over measured by 5m at R 520 per meter exclu VAT. <br> Basil was informed of the overcharge and rudely stated that the salesman should never have given the 10% after we paid what was required for the instalment. We sent emails for the refund of R 964.00 and spoke to numerous staff members and finally to Herm****. He stated no one informed him of the refund and then after stating that the service was not acceptable he referred to my husband as an asshole without any provocation. Not once was there an apology or customer care. This company is not recommended as certainly are not experts as we called out the superiors and the fence is for dogs and they can fit under the fence. The concrete is messed up all over the bricks- they said they will do properly-& green spray paint all over the patio. They are NOT experts!
