Security Experts. Never again

I have had endless problems with this company. Son of Owner, Salesman Jaco seemed brilliant until deposit was paid. After that, he NEVER returns or answers your calls. I sent him WhatsApp's that he never responds to.

I wanted a 3 car carport. They require 65% deposit on acceptance of quote (understandable), then 25% before installation commences, and then the issues started!

Installation Team arrived 15:50 on first day of installation, and another day only 17:00 after appointment was scheduled for 11:00 on both occasions. On average they only arrive at 13:00, because “they always have something else to quickly sort out”

Extremely poor workmanship. Overspray on all walls and roof, paving completely damaged, to name a few.

They have been at my place for 7 days now, some days only for 1 hour, and still not finished. Wanted to finish the job on the 7th day at 18:15, while it was pitchdark, with NO spotlights or anything, and they still had a LOT of work to do. “Ops Manager” Hendre, also does not deliver on ANY of his promises, and also does not return calls.

I will definitely NOT recommend this Company at all.
