Security Experts - Alrode -NO SERVICE / DELIVERY OF GOODS AFTER PAYMENT

<p>Their Quotation / Contract / Invoice header states "Hassle-Free Installations. Yeah, right...!<br /><br /></p> <p>On 2 May I approached Security Experts in Alberton (Alrode) to install 2 of Spanish Bars on my workshop. The two windows measure 1.5m wide and 500mm high (average bathroom-sized windows).</p> <p>The sales-agent (Jaco), said that all stops would be pulled to ensure that the bars were installed before I went on leave on 8-May. He in fact called the office and spoke to someone there, who said that it would be possible. Based on this "guarantee", I paid the full price of R2800-00.</p> <p>By the morning of 8-May this bunch has still not been out to install the bars. This despite me having called Jaco twice during Monday 7-May to find out what was happening. I subsequently sent this crowd an email, requesting that the order be cancelled, and that the money be refunded. To date, still nothing has been received.</p> <p>On returning from leave last week Thursday (22-May), I called Jaco and advised him that I was back from leave, and requested that he ensure that the bars are installed, or my money refunded. Yep...! You guessed correctly; still nothing.</p> <p>My wife has spoken to Tanya, as well as another female, whose name escapes me now, and both of them have assured her that the bars would be installed by yesterday afternoon (30-May) 17h00. Again... nothing</p> <p>I feel I have given them ample opportunity to come to the party. Now the gloves come off.</p> <p>BE WARNED: AVOID this useless bunch unless you want to lose your money!</p>
