Security Experts - 0 Client Centricity

Security Experts, one of the companies you do not want to do Business with. Experienced the horrific service 1st hand and would strongly caution anyone from doing business with this sad excuse of a company. Didn't even think such bad service is possible until engaging these (Sal dit maar daar los).

Requested there services on 1 March 2018. I cancelled my work order with them on 22 March 2018, no work was ever conducted or any material purchased at that point.

After multiple emails, phone calls & what's apps, back & forth for over a month, still no refund of R7k, over a month later, really.

Angeline's (apparently a Manager there, what a joke if this is the calibre of management employed there) exact response after I told her I lodged a complaint with the Consumer Goods and Services Ombudsmen was " Thanks. Will postpone payment until resolved." WOW, Really, you going to with hold my money from me without rendering any service & I'm going to just lay down & take it (Julle ken my nie).

Bunch of ******* refusing to refund me my hard earned money, Im taking this to every social media platform available to man. Including 702 Talk Radio, consumers should be warned of this pathetic (for lack of a better word) company. Check there rating on Hello Peter & you be the judge.
