Sales Garbage, NO after sales service!!

We ordered a carport and chose a specific day for the installation agreed to by both parties. Security Experts promptly chose a different day for the installation and fortunately I called a week prior to the installation to confirm that all was in order only to discover that the installation date was incorrect. Security Experts seemed to have rectified the error and promised to be on site as discussed. In addition ALL monies was paid to the Supplier as per the Supplier Contract to avoid any delays. The Installation team DID NOT PITCH UP, after 4 hours of waiting we had to make several calls for a status update as their customer service department is non existent. Eventually at 4:30pm we were told that the vehicle broke down and the installation will be done the next day. This was of great inconvenience to us as we had planned to go away for the weekend. The job is still not complete a week later as they do not have downpipes to complete the installation. We now have to take time off from work for Security Experts to complete THEIR project. I have stated in their customer survey that I will never recommend their service to anyone nor will I ever use them in my business ventures.
