Regret

<p>Regret that I didn't check here on hello peter first.A mistake I will not make again.</p> <p>This company are experts...at getting your money!</p> <p>I ordered a double pitched carport from security experts.The sales man Dawie Fourie came to see me the same day of my enquiry and pushed me into paying a deposit.I chose this company because it looked like a proffesional company that advertise everywhere on the net.Even here on the hello peter site!!The contract states 65% upfront.He said it will take 3 weeks for instalation to start and then 2 days for installation.I also almost included 50 meters of palisade,but thank goodness I decided to just do the carport first.This company was also the most expensive but I always believe you get what you pay for...boy was I wrong!</p> <p>After three weeks I started phoning.End of the fourth week they came.Now before they start they want another 25%.That's 90% before work start!The installation team with Michael as foreman put up the "frame"over a 3day period.They only arrived after 1PM for 2 of the days.I booked my builders for the building I am doing.The carport forms part of this.And this is where the frustration REALLY starts.I phoned every day for a further 2 weeks and was given so many excuses/lies to why they are not coming out to finish the painting, roof chromadek and gutters.I have recorded conversations to proof.I even had to sit at home and wait a few times for nobody that came.My building project was on hold...</p> <p>So they came yesterday at 4PM after a lot of pleading and threatning. I was about to get legal advice.</p> <p>The team worked till 10pm under my floodlights and finished the carport.It was a huge relieve.!!Then they will not leave until I pay the last 10%!This is their instruction from management.I refused since I could not inspect the job at 10:30 at night.Had to get my security company to ask them to leave.The installation team does a decent job but also not better than 2 other carports I had done in Pretoria.And those were done in 2 days!!</p> <p>I feel sorry for the staff of this company...they have to operate under a *********** chaotic management.</p> <p>And I feel sorry for you if you chose this company!
