Poor worksmanship do not deliver and very rude staff!!!!!!

Poor quality of worksmanship and poor service. After being assured that we will receive our carport within a week of payment which had been on 1 May 2018, the carport was only constructed 11 days later. The quality of the carport had been shocking and when complaining we received a whats up from the agent that "we are not friends and that she did not appreciate being spoken like that" We were referred to the office and to date and after many empty promises of returning to fix their work we have heard nothing. Our experience is that once they receive your money they make a complete turn with respect to being rude and not delivering ! Based on our experience we would not recommend this company AT ALL!!
