A error was made in not letting you know we had a delay in our installation schedule and we apologised for this. Our normal installation waiting period is 14 - 21 working days but we escalated your installation to under 12 days.
We were under the impression that this was resolved as you spoke to our Installation Manager, Stewart Mlungisi, who handled this for you and were happy with the agreement that was made with him. What makes it difficult that you do not answer your phone when you receive calls from the office - never the less, we will be in contact with you tomorrow morning to confirm installation time.
