If you can avoid ADT Monopoly then you should

ADT is a monopoly that should not be allowed to operate as they are.. They con you with a free package but it is the lower of lower grades entry level system and they tell you its a 24 month contract... which to most people I have asked, means like most contracts the phone, or system is yours there after... not with this bunch.

After installation they have a follow up call and only then do they make it very clear that you are now renting their system and it stays there system even after the 24 months.

This to me is shocking and they laughing all the way. Just like everything in the world today. The monopoly's are growing faster and all the middle class working for them are doing nothing about it or questioning their superiors. They all just accept this *******.

They are all like Robots working for ADT. If you can avoid using them, which is difficult because they are everywhere. Their sales staff over sell and underdeliver, and their technical is some times good and other times shocking and some times just blatant lies.
