HORRIBLE SERVICE EXPERIENCE AT SECURITY EXPERTS

(30/01/2015). We ordered a sliding gate including motor and a Meranti sectional double garage door including motor as well at Security Experts and had fully paid for them in November 2014. The gate was installed in December with errors of falling off in a week which we reported to Jaco with no assistance. Only now in January 30th they came IN OUR absence promised to fix the gate and installed the garage door however it was not what we had ordered instead of installing wood they installed steel. To our surprise, when we got home as they guys were busy finishing up installing it wasn't what we had ordered. We asked the guys to remove the door and put the right one we had paid for and they requested they phone their manager Jaco who came to the house with a VERY BAD ATTITUDE swearing and all, we asked him to leave our yard and that's when he phoned his father Herm**** to come to the house who also came fuming for no reason. Now Herm**** tells us he wont remove the door and we will meet in court. That's exactly where we are taking him cause we have proof of the invoice that he gave us what we didn't order. We would never recommend their service to anyone!!!
