Exceptional Security poor workmanship and bullying customers.

Used Exceptional Security once. Andrew the owner or manager , well.spoken guy. Easy job all.wnt pleasing. Hired them again. The guys which he uses for 15 years. Did poor welding . Awfully skew wheels installed on gate. Cement less concrete..

When reported to Andrew... he wrote that bend down.to look for problems. Treated me.like I'm.his ***** . Wrote it to me. He asked to.send a video showing the gate closes and open . As 8f that video can bypass the .workmanship issue. Paid him.the balance of the money after the bullying towards me. Told him that he cannot write such a things to a customer.
