DonA AAat ever do business with Security Experts

After the quote was accepted, salesman Jaco explained the lead time from payment. We agreed to a date of the 30 January at 11:00 am. NO ONE SHOWED. Phoned Jaco who just sms'd me to get hold of the installer myself. Really? Phoned Stewart who was full of attitude - just said they were running late. I had to go back to work so rescheduled for the next week. More time off work! When they finally pitched up again, they did not have all the material and this was now 2.5 weeks after deposit payment! They started with the structure and worked on/off for 3 days - an install that was supposed to take 1 day! BUT THEY THEN FORCED US TO PAY THE NEXT DEPOSIT. But the job was not done - no sheeting! When confronting the owner about this poor service, he was rude and obnoxious, calling me the devil of the children's bible! Kept on about what a great Christian he was. But in the same breath insulted me...the Client! His whole family is this rude and terrible with handling clients. They can't take it when you point out their pathetic service. There is much more to this story but it boils down to them taking your money and then offering NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, only threats and rude comments & insults!
