Disgusting service

<p>Made arrangements for Jaco to come and see us on the 05 April.</p> <p> </p> <p>1. First of all he was late for his appointment. I gave him the benefit of the doubt as there was traffic.</p> <p>2. We booked and payed our 65% deposit on the 05 April.</p> <p>3. Made arrangements for installation on the 29 April.</p> <p>4. Made appoint for the team leader to take a profile of the curve for the 07 April. He never showed up. No call no nothing.</p> <p>5. He eventually came on the 11 April. Also late for his appointment.</p> <p>6. The office phoned us on the 25April and asked if they can come and install. Told them that we are at work and that we had arrangements for the 29 April. They then said that it was fine and that they will see us at 10am.</p> <p>7. Come the 29 April. The office phoned me at 8am and said that they can not make it anymore.</p> <p>8. I got a bit hot under the collar and had a few words with the office lady. All she said was that nobody talks to her in a bad way. No understanding that they are actually the ones who are not keeping to promises.</p> <p>9. In the meantime. I sent a text message to Jaco and also asked the office lady to get Jaco and the owner Herm**** van Niekerk to contact me.</p> <p>10. The office lady then phoned me back and said that the team can be here just after 1.</p> <p>11. I then received a text message fron the office stating that they arr now going to close and she gave me the number for the installation guy.</p> <p>12. The guy eventually showed up her just past 4.</p> <p>13. First thing on his mind was for me to pay the next part of the payment.</p> <p>14. they started working and then by 6 they said that they are going to go. He then said that he would be here Sunday 30 April at 10 in the morning to finish up. He then phoned his operations manager and said that he would be comming here on Sunday. All that the Ops Manager was interested is was payment.</p> <p>15. Come Sunday morning I got a call at 10:30 from another installation guy saying that he will be by me at 14:00.</p> <p>16. i asked him to please get someone to contact me as we stay in a conplex and also do not want to make a lot of noise.</p> <p>17. still waiting for Jaco and Herm**** to contact me.</p> <p> </p> <p>People I ask you to please stay away from this company. You are only going to have issues and if you complain or get angry, they are only going to push the blame to you. Till now they have not taken any responsibility in accepting that they are wrong. Customer service is nob existant. I dont know if the ladies passed on the messages to Jaco and Herm**** or if they are just ignoring us.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would NOT recommend them to anyone.</p> <p> </p> <p>i will keep you posted.</p> <p> </p>
