DISAPPEAR WITH YOUR MONEY - BAD SERVICE

We required 2 carports and a 10 x 4.7m wall mounted carport to be erected at our home. We called Security Experts for a quote and they sent a representative, Marco, to our home. Marco was very professional and knew what he was doing. On the 18th May 2018 we received their quote and we had to pay 65% deposit, R28 679.00 which we duly did in good faith on the 18th May. We received an -mail confirming the date the project would commence and and that it would be completed in 3 days. When nobody pitched on the confirmed date of commencement, we called and was informed that Marco was on holiday and that they have no drawings of the work to be done. We waited a further 2 days for another representative to come and out and look at the scope of work. The team finally arrived on the 1st June 2018 and the first thing they tell you is that you have to pay another 25% upon commencement of work. We made the second payment also in good faith. After that they never returned, all telephones go to voice mail, the website has been suspended and e-mails bounce back. After having paid R39 709.35 we sit with lip channels, no chromadek sheets and the shadeport which they quoted us R12 236.0 00 for is non - existent. My husband drove out to the business premises yesterday 07/06/2018 and the factory and offices are locked.
