Company based on promises but no delivery or service

Approached company already in February 2018. Smooth talker Salesman Jaco promise the world until you have paid the deposit. Left messages for Jaco to phone back...send emails but no responses. Still waiting for delivery and installation of goods. Dates keeps changing and you need to fit into their schedule and not what suits you as customer. If anyone of the management team reads this, please can you arrange for a refund before Thursday as I cannot continue like this. Will never ever recommend you guys to anyone.
