By far the worse experience EVER encountered! AVOID AT ALL COST! RIPPED US OFF!

<p>Please avoid this company by all means. They will require 65% upfront & if you want to cancel for whatever reason they state in their contract they can keep all of it if they want. Besides that all the employees I spoke to telephonically were really rude & when bringing this up to the manager that was apparently on duty, he was more dispondent with no care in the world & basically said you can cancel & we'll keep your money. We paid 90% and the way they installed it left two weak spots, after explaining this then waiting for one of their other managers for over an hour, the manager coming on site and agreeing, they expect us to pay again to rectify their mistake, after denying they threatened us & also said they will take our energiser. What made it even worse is that the owner didn't care & was extremely rude to my partner on the phone. After telling them we were calling the police they left with the remote, so now we cannot switch our fencing on neither can we get a COC as they put 6 brackets in a 15m space, they have not completed their job & we are left with 2 weak spots where someone is able to enter.</p> <p> </p> <p>My partner & I were horrified at the way the manager that came to our residence threatened us & called us stupid to the owner I actually took my phone out to record how ridiculous this situation was. I have also attached images so you can see how sloppy their work is. We only secured the fron and a small section of either side of the house, resulting in 46m, we have already paid R65%: R6306 + 24%:R2425= R8731.</p> <p> </p> <p>We honestly wish we checked hello peter before using this company as there are so many bad reviews about this place. I think it's time we as the consumers take action against this company. This is day light *******! </p>
