Bad service and unreliable

I requested SECURITY EXPERTS from No 1 ADAMSON road ALRODE SOUTH to do

manufacture for me a STEEL SECURITU DOOR for my STOREROOM . After waiting the 3 weeks they came to install the door . a few days later it RAINED and within 4 days the whole door began to RUST as SECURITY EXPERTS did NOT USE RED OXIDE AS AN UNDERCOAT ON THE STEEL BEFORE THEY APP**** THE GREY COLOUR . I CONTACTED '" MR MARCO " - THE REPRESENTATIVE TO COME OVER TO INSPECT . HE SHOWED NO INTEREST AT ALL . SIX DAYS LATER A TRUCK ARRIVED TO UPLIFT THE DOOR . I NOW HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER 5 WEEKS BEFORE THEY DECIDED TO RETURN THE DOOR . AFTER MANY TELEPHONIC CONVERSATIONS AND LIES THAT THE STAFF GAVE ME THEY EVENTUALLY TOLD ME TO GET LOST AND NEVER TO PHONE OR MAKE CONTACT WITH THEM EVER AGAIN . THIS COMPANY SECURITY EXPERTS IS RUN BY A BUNCH OF ILL MANNERED WOMAN WHO ACTUALLY DONT KNOW A THING ABOUT PRODUCTION . AND AS FOR THE C.E.O. MR HERM**** HE PERSONALLY COULD NOT CARE AT ALL . THE PUBLIC SHOULD NOT PLACE BUSINESS WITH SECURITY EXPERTS FROM ALRODE . THEY MUST CLOSE DOWN . THANKS GODFREY BURSTEIN

Security Experts maintain that all goods that are dispatched are checked thoroughly - then how come the steel door rusted after one week? It’s simple, read oxide undercoat was never app**** to the steel door. How on earth does your lady in production explain how she would have liked the driver and his team to have re-painted the door on site at 19:45 in the dark? Yes! It was I told the driver to remove the door and take it back to the factory for re-painting. I waited 5 weeks for the door to be returned. I spoke to various disrespectful staff members who could only lie about when the door would be returned. As far as I am concerned, Security Experts, are very unprofessional in their day to day running of their business and I would recommend Corporate Companies and the Public not to do business with them, until Herm****, the CEO jacks up his production team.
