Bad service

I have never in my life experience the lack of service as i have done with this company, We happily paid a deposit as we requested that the job be done before they closed in December which was agreed to shortly there after It started with one excuse after the other and thus delaying the installation they installed the palisade in January and the payment were made as per the contract we signed. We are only in March the welding on the gate is pulling loose and the fence is rusting I spoke to the sale person twice the 2nd time he requested that i phone the office by now i was irate and they set a date for this week to fix the gate and repaint the fence which they should have started on Wednesday today is Friday and they still have not been to fix the bad workmanship. I have also sent a private message to Herm**** and guess what he has not answered me to reacted to my message thus I feel that i should put my complaint out for everyone to see
