Bad service
<p>Security Experts South Africa. "Hassle free installations and repairs." Say what ?????? Se alie man !!!! Your service is not up to standard. Salesmen was excellent but nothing to hear from him thereafter.....he got the job and initial payment so what the heck....his job is done right? First payment of 65 % made phoned and confirmed installation for Saturday 29th April after 10 am well in advance when the sales person was here. He made a call and confirmed the date and confirmed to us that this will be acceptable. We had a meeting scheduled with your staff for measurements didn't pitch up and also didn't call to cancel. The second meeting was an hour and 30 min late. Numerous calls regarding the installation. Wanting to change installation to a week day...or "we can come now?"....while we communicated from in beginning we can only do this during the weekend...we were told that's not a problem you work on weekends. Confirmed this week all is good for today after again wanting to change dates... Saturday 29th of April. Called 2 hours before the time confirmed for today to be told it cant happen today. After loosing ones cool you are not allowed to raise your voice or swear....this has been ongoing for about a month now.... Lady then tells us if we speak to each other like that in our house we can but not to her ! Ruk sy my kamma kamma in die bek..NOT!!!! So you can not handle customers that YOU upset and handle incorretly and cause the unhappiness. An arrangement was then eventually made for 14:30....still waiting at 16:30. It's been an hour since directions have been given AGAIN....after the sales person and the person doing the measurements was here. Your service is totally utterly nothing to aplode! We will not refer anyone for business to you how small you think this might be. First thing when workers phone to inform they have to come back sunday was "Did they at least make payment ???? *** ????? You guys dropped the ball big time ! You cannot finish Saturday...ok will come Sunday at 10 am. We cancel everything yet again can't go anywhere. It's 10:40 we get a call someone else is now coming at 14:00 ON a SUNDAY!!! We live in a cluster complex ????? Now after going off yet again the staff will leave and come....seriously. We cannot get hold of anyone as both cell numbers on your trucks is on voicemail!!!! Your not available but we must be available when ever you are ready and dont keep to appointments made ????? Your service you give has no words because there is no service !</p>
