Bad customer service from Security Experts

<p>I regret using the services of Security Experts to install am alarm system for me. The alarm system was installed and not completely programmed. I called the offices of Security Experts in Alberton for the past 2 weeks but the only respond is that their Technician schedule is full. What is the use of having an alarm system that is not programmed and working. I wonder why I am not equal to other customers????? I am very unhappy and regret using this company. </p>
