Bad Attitude/Take no responsibility

We had garage motors installed end Sept 15 and it worked for 2 days. Kept calling Security Experts to come out and have a look and everyday had a different excuse. Ended up coming out on 1 Dec 15. The doors worked for 2 days, and then the motors stopped working. We called Herm**** and asked for a refund as we've received zero after sales service from this company. Herm**** refused me any further service or refund as I, the customer raised my voice while speaking to him. Herm**** is a great bully. Even dug into my religion in our argument. How lame. After getting our lawyer involved, Herm**** claims we posted bad comments on Facebook. I couldn't even find them on Facebook, not even the Facebook icon on their contact details page takes you to their Facebook page. Then he reckons our garage doors are faulty and that's why the motors don't work. Even offered us discount for fixing the doors for us. They are quick to take your money, but that's where it ends. No service after that. Wish I had seen all the Hellopeter comments before using them as a supplier. Will definitely not recommend this company!
