Average workmanship at premium prices

<p>Used Security Experts to put up a carport at my house. Not a pleasant experience.</p> <p>Unreliable- only arrived on site at around 12pm for the entire duration of the job. Other days, they wouldn't pitch at all without any notification. <br />No communication- salesman and office staff did not provide any feedback on when they were going to start the job. Only a month after the deposit was paid did the salesman eventually confirm a starting date.<br />Owner is very rude. He shouted over the phone when I complained about the service and he did not want to hear me out.<br />Five months later, the job is not yet complete and the salesman isn't responding even though they have been fully paid.</p> <p><br />Keep away from these types of businesses</p>
