The management of Security Experts is totally useless and seemingly non existent

I had a carport installed by Security Experts which I ordered on 6 December 2017 and finally installed on 5 January 2018. On 9 January 2018 at 16h35 I reported the fact that carport was leaking where it is mounted to the wall to Ashley Bolton. He said he would immediately arrange for an inspection and repair of the fault. THAT WAS THE LAST I HAVE HEARD FROM SECURITY EXPERTS. It seems that once they have your money they disappear together with their so called guarantee. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYBODY
