Quick out of the blocks, but slow on after sales service

On 10 June 2017 we approached Security Experts (PTY) Ltd t/a Security Experts to quote us on installing an electric fence at our new premises. We had same day service whereby we got a quote and an installation date was agreed. After a massive run around and very little communication the job was done, and it was a good job, but not painless – we arranged for the final check to be done and for the Co to issue a Compliance Certificate which is mandatory. It has been more than 4 months and we have absolutely no success it getting a hold of this Co to actually just deliver on their promise. Several attempts have been made, we always get a response to say they are on it but that is where it stays, lip service and then radio silence. I am over having to threaten and beg for what rightfully mine is being the client. It is frustrating to say the least that the sale and taking payment was very forthcoming, yet they fail dismally with the after sales service.
