Bad after-sales service

Never have I experienced such poor after-sales service, with shockingly aggressive attitudes from management. 6 months down the line, and the "brand new" carport still leaks, and the painting is not finished. No sign of anyone coming any time soon. How people like this stay in business is beyond me.
