Last week on Saturday morning myself and a another client of Security City called John, he is one of the best technicians since I have my account at Security City, and explained to John that I have a technical problem on a D5 Gate motor with its auto close not functional correctly, where we factory reset it, and reprogram it, but it still gave us a failure.

So we ask if we can exchange it with an EVO D5 exchange unit, and will pay in the balance, with the extra goodies to make it compatible, like an upgrade. Where John agree and I went to Security City because its closer for me from my destination, as you know I’m living in Nigel, well I was feel so embarrassed.

The Owner Noel Harris, have no respect for his own clients at all, I explained I will pay in the balance, but he refuses to help me at all, he just show me the door, I feel the way he treated his own clients is disrespectful, unprofessional, when Peter were the pre owner we never ever have problems like this at all, he went out of his way to make the best out of his clients.
