Why?

On Tuesday, last week, I wrote my complaint in the website of Red Alert on my complaint about the bad treatment I received from one of their male security in Newcastle, they never responded or even acknowledge the receipt of my complaint. <br> <br> I just thought they will just send a circular to their employees in Newcastle reminding them about their responsibility, as the employees, to the clients of the institutions they service.<br> <br> Is it the behaviour I should expect from this company I respect so much?
