SECURITY AND STYLE NEWCASTLE KZN.

COMPLAINTS: Security and Style in Newcastle KZN needs to upt their game in business. I have had previous poor service from them when my fireplace was installed. I have had endless problems with a leaking chimney. I still do. After numerous complaining they attended to my complaint. What I thought they had corrected and fixed, is still a problem. I also had my automated garage doors installed with them. About 6 weeks ago I reported the problem to Security and Style. They promised to send someone out to come and have a look. I waited. No one came. I phoned again. They apologised profusely and after technician came he informed me Security and Style will phone me with a quote to a new motor. I waited again. No one phoned. I phoned again. I was then informed the cost to a new motor and when I specifically asked whether they have spares I was informed Yes they do. A date was arranged. Low and behold the motor was fitted. I wanted to do an EFT payment straight away. Technician informed he can not supply invoice. Security and Style staff will email me the invoice. I waited for the email. After a day I phoned again asking the invoice as I would like to pay. Again the apologies. NO invoice came. I eventually stopped phoning. Now today almost 2 weeks after installation I receive an invoice with an amount I was not quoted, in fact invoice amount is much more. Needless to say at this stage my frustration levels were sky high. I phoned and contested the amount on invoice is not what I was quoted. Yes you right, again the prefusing apologies came again. I am now waiting for my correct invoice. SECURITY AND STYLE KZN YOUR SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!! And that is putting it lightly. You have today lost a good client. Will I be an adverti*****t for Security and Style???? DEFINITELY NOT!!!
