Wow- What a fantastic company- I am blown away with the service received !
I made contact with Security and More over the weekend knowing that they were closed and only expecting an answer on Monday...
The owner answered me on Whatsapp within a few minutes explaining that he was answering messages as they are in their busy season and working extra to make sure customers are attended to ! He helped me to choose the right battery for my setup answering all of my novice questions...
I then placed my order but come Monday realized that I typed in my old home address (Old Age)...!!
I called in and again got through to Mike, the owner !
He asked me to hold the line while he quickly instructed the dispatch to stop my order, took my address down and repeated it back to me to make sure it was correct and BOOM -Next day I had my R25000 battery! Wow ! Just Wow !
Guys I would rate you 10 Stars but there is only max 5. Keep up the great work and I praise you guys for the way your business is run ! Thank you so much
