Unprofessional Service
Terrible doing business with this guys. I feel disrespected as customer. I ordered items, they invoiced me when I sent my courier to collect , some items were missing they tried to divert me into buying some alternatives. I’m so disappointed that when i voiced my disappointments in the whole matter, the sales guy immediately cancelled my order and he said he doesn’t want customers like me. Very unprofessional service overall.

10 May 2022, 09:51In future please read the terms and conditions listed on the site. You placed an order around 1 am and expected to collect at 9am...We cannot get orders ready so fast. As per the site you would be notified when it was ready for collection.
Yes we were sold out of a product but offered you an alternative and another one for free ! But you then wanted to argue about when the order was placed and when it was invoiced etc
If you don't agree with the terms of a website then don't order.
You can take your arrogance and sense of entitlement elsewhere, we have thousands of very satisfied customers.
