I needed to get new sensors for my alarm system. I got on to Security and More website and saw that their were two different sensors that looked exactly the same. One for a 315mhz system and one for a 443mhz system. I mistakenly ordered 8 of the 315mhz system and paid for them and they were quickly delivered. Unfortunately I had ordered the incorrect one and they did not work on my system. I then sent a complaint to Security and More by email and their employee Mike quickly responded and asked me to send him photos of the inside of the sensors I had. Once he received the photos he explained to me how I could see which system I had. He was then so good as to offer to exchange the incorrect ones for the incorrect ones. He really went out of his way to explain to me and even offered to arrange for the collection of the wrong sensors and delivery of the new sensors. The new sensors work perfectly.
