Simply awesome people and service.

I ordered 2 radios and because they had hiccups wit their system, they accidentally shipped it to my billing address. They offered to let the item get picked up and shipped to me or to reimburse me the shipping cost. I was delighted on how the matter was handled. When I contacted them there was immediate reaction and they did not try to blame covid or some stupid excuse like other companies. I did not take the reimbur*****t for the shipping cost as good service is more important to me although they insisted. Well done you guys, in this trying times companies like yours need a pat on the back.
