<div>I purchased 5 Gel batteries from Mike. when the batteries arrived I installed 2 of the batteries into ups's. both ups's remained dead. I then charged both batteries up with a battery charger. still they wont hold charge. I then gave the batteries to our electrician at work on which he did a test on the one battery and found that they are flat and also dont hold charge. I then contacted Mike. Mike rep**** that the way we tested the battery was incorrect and we now lost our warranty on all of the batteries. I was in the process of ordering 50 more batteries but after this encounter I will not support this company as they are ignoring my mails.</div>

06 Sept 2022, 11:33Sadly if you put a load of 180W onto a 12V 7ah Battery that is considered overload...
Printed on the battery is the max discharge current of 2.1Amps !
You have put a load of 15Amps onto these small batteries! ? Almost 8 times the maximum current?
This is what your technician advised was done telephonically (All calls are recorded)
I strongly suggest finding a technician who knows what he is doing to avoid damaging more of your stocks.
