I will definitely buy all/most of my requirement through this compony. I had a three week journey and at the end it was satisfying results. I bought a Dyness 4.8kw A48100 battery at a price so low my installers told me it is impossible, hence the concerns. My battery is up and running with no issues.

In short: I contacted the compony on mail and WhatsApp. It was mentioned to me that they are busy but attending to my requests. I had some concerns buying high teck expensive equipment, for me at least, through them and I wanted to make sure the compony was legit with a excellent customer care/ warrantee service. I did ask some hard and direct questions but Mike handled all professionally and with honesty. Mike made special arrangements to satisfy my concerns. I had an issue with the battery not displaying the correct capacity on my inverter but it worked 100%. I got in contact with Dyness Teck Support and it turns out it was my Inverter Firmware that was outdated and nothing to do with the battery.

Dyness & Luxpower was so professional and helpful, I was sorted out in two days. 10 stars for Dyness & Luxpower.
