Quick response, calls are direct no extensions, they know their customers

I ordered a pump I didn't receive the email about my order status but when I call them as soon as I mentioned my order number the recipient actually new that order by head and responded he tried calling me to let me know it will be ready on Friday. Their calls do not go to voice mail or redirect or extensions I loved that too. In less than a minute the conversation was done!!
