Not impressed - Bad service
I purchased a Spyderco knife from this company’s website. The actual item received, however, was different from the advertised picture on the website. As this was not acceptable to me, I sent them a mail and received the usual automated reply. No response or assistance is now received to rectify the problem. I will definitely not recommend or use this company again for any online purchases. I am now stuck with an unwanted item
