Great website, great prices and excellent service

I ordered an item or 2 from the website and mike contacted me within 24 hours to let me know that the item I had ordered was no longer available. He apologized and offered me a refund and some advice on alternatives. I chose an alternative and it was delivered within a day or 2 if not the next day. Unfortunately 1 of the parts was faulty. Mike was excellent and said as soon as his stock arrives he will do a swap and send the faulty part back to the manufacturer. True to his word he swapped out the faulty part. He even went so far as to personally deliver the replacement part. This is the first place I will look for security and al**** equipment .
