Awesome Service

Greetings

I don't usually do reviews be it good or bad as i also work in a company with an online department and sales.And as much as anyone can make a mistake when it comes to purchasing something be it the company or the customer i feel its being a bit too judgemental when people feel they need to review every single thing they purchase.I can understand if there's a real problem but some take it overboard as if they buy something just to make a review or were counting on something to go wrong lol.But this one was well needed.So i placed an order just after 14:30 and got the order the next morning.Very good and fast service.I realised that my choice of the item wasnt what i really wanted and i wanted something better.So i contacted Security and More a week after my purchase and Mike organised a pick up of the item.He also gave me an option of something better.When the item was received by Security and More and it was checked up he organised a new receipt as i had chosen a new item.So i paid in the difference for the new order in the afternoon and the next day before 15:00 it was delivered.Once again swift and awesome service.Their also really friendly and helpful.Thanks guys.
