WRECKLESS DRIVING

Driver of 060SFPGP was driving wreckless this morning on Bram Fisher in Randburg, it's a 2 lane that changes into 1 lane cause of road works, anyone can see it from ahead, this guy was driving in both lanes, not deciding where he needs to be, HIS NOT INDICATING, he nearly caused an accident! It's idiots like this take take innocent lives!!!!! what is going to be done about this?? I have reported it arrive alive, I want something done!!!!
