Security security poor service and systems

Ok. So I got this new alarm system with beams etc. Rather expensive setup. It's not even a month old and from day 1 there has been issues. Ongoing, with beams not working, the company not phoning me when the alarm goes off (apparently they don't even see an activation on their side), the signal for the zones are wrong at their end, the receiver they installed is wrong, but have not been replaced... (also new apparently, thinking not) and the list goes on.... I now have this 'suppose' to be excellent alrm system, but I have to bypass almost all zones. Service has been bad, complaints are logged, and they send someone to fix the problem, but the problem is still not fixed. The main boxes is in my room, right at my bed, and when there's a power failure it beeps the whole time. In the mean time I paid for it all, activation, monthly fee, etc.... This is the worst security company and at this stage I recommend no one use them. I want this fixed and the freaking power boxes removed from my room. Otherwise come and remove this worthless system and refund every sent I spend.
