Securitas will ***** your money when you cansel !!

On 29 Jan 2016 Securitas notified me of a transfer to ADT! I cancelled my contract on 1 Feb via E-mail. On 3 Feb I spoke to Linda Reeder to confirm that the cancelation was received and request a written confirmation.<br> By Mid Feb I had no response and again followed up. On 18 Feb I get a half baked letter not address to me with no proper dates etc. <br> Eventually on 26 Feb I get a letter that state the cancellation but they claim that the debit order was done in arrears and I owe them for Feb 2016 although the contract was signed on a 'pre paid' basis!
