Securitas Security Failure

Securitas has a contract with a large distributor situated in Midrand, Johannesburg to secure the property and movable assets. However my vehicle was easily ****** from inside the premises which has CCTV cameras and access control at the entrance and exit gates. There system failed completely in detecting the ********* from entering the premises and *****ing my vehicle. Securitas has admitted this was the result of the systems limitations and they are not liable for any loss, what is the use of having a security company looking after your property and assets if this is there response!
