Lies to Insurance for Claim

Story was voice recorded by Discovery which they have refused to supply to me.<br> <br> Story is as follows:<br> <br> Car A - My Vehicle<br> Car B - Client Vehicle (MD of Securitas)<br> <br> Car A was on Republic Road coming from Malibongwe Drive, Car B was on Republic Road coming from Cresta Direction.<br> <br> Car B turned left into Rabie Street, into the far right lane.<br> Car A turned right into Rabie Road, into left lane.<br> <br> Car B then changed lanes into left lane, no indication and bumped into the front right of my car.<br> <br> Client assured me that his insurance would call me and sort all the damages out, i now have Discovery demanding that i settle both damages for both cars.<br> <br> This coming from the MD of Securitas RSA, instead of following insurance truthfully he has **** and claimed to be playing victim, how someone with such representation for a large organization can be untruthful and *******ly dispute what has happened to insurance.
