Caught chatting on phone, away from desk while cars are stuck outside

A total of 7 cars in a line, trying to get into the lower Wembely Square parking lot. Machine was not giving tickets. Security guard not behind the desk to view the cameras and see this. I had to leave my car and walk up to find this security guard. I found him on the phone, away from his desk in, having a long private chat. This is NOT the first time I catch this person and have reported it to SECURITAS now twice and nothing ever been done about it. NO IMPROVEMENT from this company and paying a fortune in my monthly levy for their **** service. I will definitely demand a new security company at the next corporate meeting.
