Billed for a quote I declined!

We have been with Securitas for many years and always had decent service. I purchased a new vehicle and asked the for a quote. I declined the quote as it was double what I had been given by another company. I then received a better premium on all our goods from the new company and cancelled our policy with Securitas, I had also received a cancellation letter. Now they have debited our account for a vehicle I have never agreed on and was ONLY QUOTED ON. Now I have to be inconvenienced and wait for this money back which I believe will take over a week?? I AM NOT HAPPY!
