Assaulted by security guard

I live in Sandown in a complex where security is provided by Securitas.

On Saturday just before midnight, I got back home and informed the guard on duty that he should not open for anyone as my phone was ****** and he agreed. He later let people on my behalf and furious I went to confront him as to why. He didn't have a valid reason and later attacked me when I asked for him to open the gate for me to go in whilst he refused. I got profusely angry and spat on him which he then beat me up using a sjambok on my breast, nose and mouth.
I have suffered severe injuries as a result including a bruise and lumps on my ****, dislocation of my shoulder, loose tooth, internal scaring in my nose, torn and swollen lips.
I took this matter up with branch management regarding medical assistance and the expenses I have already incurred, the inconvenience of being unable to go to work and trauma. Instead I was asked if I have medical aid when I asked for this to be taken care of.

This appears to be regular with this company as evidenced by a similar complaint on the 21st of October by another woman who was assaulted as a result of security allowing unauthorised visitors.
Hello Kwezikwezi,

The investigation is underway in the meantime the Security Officer has been removed from site pending a Disciplinary Inquiry.

Further the Security Officer will be interviewed by the SAPS to ascertain what led to such an unruly behavior.

Please be assured that Securitas does not condone such behavior and will deal decisively with this matter.

Regards

Best regards,
