Poor service and excuses

Bought a house last year. The CCTV system was not working, and the seller told me it was being fixed, someone would come to set everything up. After a few months, Graeme Potgieter came to set everything up. About three hours after he left, it stopped working. For two months, he fobbed us off, refused to come back to fix it. He claims he did the previous owner a favour by doing it and was not paid to do anything. His internal dealings with the seller are not my business. The fact is, his system is not working, he was said to be the person who would sort it out. Poor service, and if this is how he does business, would definitely not advise anyone use them.
