Securimed will rob you blind and even steel your alarm system

Truly one of my worst service experiences ever.

When I joined securimed they had regular vehicles in my area and I truly felt secure. They definitely lagged on the admin side and often it would take as long as six months to get a invoice. Recently their response time has been terrible. Often after my alarm activated I would call them and up to an hour later they would still be telling me the response vehicle is on route. My most recent experience they had still not arrived FOUR hours after the alarm had activated. I decided to cancel my contract with them and move to another company. Unfortunately they refuse to respond to any telephone calls I make to them and simply ignore my emails. What is worse they are refusing to release the pin for my home security system (that was payed for by me and installed independently before I joined securimed and are holding my home security system ransom.
